Fuyunghai Chicken

Ingredients:

200 g chicken fillet, cut into small  "

2 tbsp tapioca flour

Sauce:

5 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vinegar
broth powder
Salt
250 ml water
1 tbsp cornflour (dissolved with 2 tbsp water)

How to Cook:

Combine all dough ingredients eggs and then mix well.
FRY with oil rather numerous, medium heat (so 3 scrambled eggs) back if one side udh crisp.

stir in onions, sauté until wilted, stir in peas add water, sugar, salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, broth powder, Cook vinegar to the boil
